I heard it for myself today. I have been telling everyone I can that OUR real estate market is not bad and in fact, if you are a buyer this is the best time for you that we have seen in some time. Today at 5:15pm I heard Dave Ramsey say that if you are ready to buy that this may be the best buyers market we have had it 20 years and that if you are thinking about it that you need to do something about it in the next 2-3 weeks. I will share with you that if your credit is good and you have something to put in as a down payment you can get a loan. There is some 100% financing in some rural areas but otherwise you need to bring at least 3% down and 5-10% is better. Interest rates are below 6% today and 15 year money is at 5.5%. I will be working all weekend so if you have questions please call me. Even if you have friends or family that are outside of the Now I am not suggesting you go buy something if you are not ready but if you have prepared for this and are just waiting then please call me. I don’t want you to miss this unique time in the market.
