This is awesome!! He talked about how 50% of ALL foreclosures are in 35 counties NATIONALLY!! Affordability Index is the lowest it’s been in 30 years and inventory is shrinking. If you are waiting to buy a house it may not be too late yet but if you wait much longer you are going to miss the bottom of the market. You have to remember that in real estate it is not about “Timing the market” but rather it is “Time in the Market”. Get in now and you are going to win. Are you ready for some more Change???!!!
Many people resist change but this one you want to make or your will be late to everything all summer. The TIME CHANGE is this weekend. Remember to SPRING FORWARD by setting your clock 1 hour ahead when you go to bed on Saturday night. The time officially changes at 2:00am on Sunday but you don’t have to stay up until then.
