|In real numbers, this is what happened to the mortgage cost per month of a typical loan. We don’t know where rates are going for sure but every one expects them to rise.
Buying or Selling this is important to you. Selling, it means fewer people are going to be able to purchase. I don’t think it causes housing to crash but it is something to consider. Buying is obvious. We live in our payments so this is important to understand.
