Although it’s only October, it’s time to prepare for cold and flu season. No one likes to be ill; however, there are steps that you can take to keep yourself and your family healthy when the weather cools.
The information I’m including this month includes good habits to prevent you from catching a cold or the flu, or at least shortening the duration of your illness.
