1st Time Home Buyers Special Deal

It’s not often I get to share this sort of news.

There is a new 1st time home buyer deal for Gwinnett, Fulton, DeKalb, Paulding, Clayton, Douglas or Henry counties with some restrictions on income and credit requirements. If you qualify you can get up to $15,000 toward down payment and closing costs and this is a grant. It applies to resale homes only, no new construction.

You don’t have to pay it back and you don’t have to arm wrestle for it!
