Day Five – making it fair..
Almost done. We are in the home stretch of this week to cure our economy problems. On Day Five we need to make the FairTax the law of the land. Below is a short video that tells you something about how it works so check that out. There are lots more videos that goes into detail but this is a good start.
There is a lot of mis-information about this and many think that a flat tax or a VAT is the same thing but it is not. Remember that this is a Federal Sales Tax that completely replaces the Federal Income Tax in all it’s forms. When you get your check from your job there will be NO deductions for Federal Taxes. No FIT, No FICA, No Medicare. It eliminates all the expenses for tracking and reporting income to the Feds too. This is a huge savings that will be passed on to the consumer and will lower prices to offset the increase in sales tax.
I am not going to try and sell you on any of this but instead encourage you to find out for yourself. Go to the source and don’t listen to the news to get the facts.
