Lots of folks used to talk to me about flipping a house. 2006 was a great year for conversations on this one because lots of folks thought about it. A few people tried it.

It was not a great year to do it. Most lost money on it because of the crash in the housing market. I have several investors looking to do it again.
This might be the best year ever to do it.
I have some real world experience in it and if you have reasonable expectations for profit I think you can do well. If 15%-20% return on your money in 120 days sounds reasonable to you then maybe we should talk.
