Well, actually it is not Dilbert but his creator Scott Adams. Check out his blog article about the economy. I think he has as much to say about it as anyone!!
The best news I see in this is the news about California’s real estate market suddenly stabilizing and they are getting multiple offers for the houses they have. My sellers will be thrilled because the pattern has always been that it happens first on the coasts and moves inland. Hopefully we will see it hit here very soon.
