I am working on updating my clients and friends on the value of their homes. The market is changing quickly and it could be a lot better than you think. It’s not a full recovery of the bubble prices but the market is faster and we are really low on inventory. That is a formula for a Sellers Market. We are returning to a normal market with reasonable appreciations in the coming months.

I’ll be running an Automated Value Model (AVM) on each one and set up some automated market searches to see what is going on in your neighborhood or surrounding area for a few weeks just to give you a better picture of the market.
