Does everyone use an agent?

Obviously the answer is ‘NO’ but with what I know today, everyone should.

Buying and selling a house is complex, confusing to navigate and doing it by yourself will very likely cost you money, not save it. It’s a little like running an obstacle course you have never seen, in the dark.

This is what i do EVERY DAY and I know how the course is laid out.  Here is a short article with some interesting facts that might help explain my point.
