Gwinnett Co. Q2 data

Here is a chart of the activity in Gwinnett County. I’m not going to try and intrepret at this point but wanted to share it as soon as I get to see it.

This is the best selling market we have had in a while and I can say if you put a house on the market, promote it properly and price it to the market you will get a contract on it. My last one went under contract in 9 days and it went over the list price.

If you want to sell, now could be the best time to do it.
