Now that’s a funny question. Kinda like this one. Have you ever heard a guy play a Ukulele and really enjoyed it?? Well, I am here to tell you it’s possible. You have to check this out.

This will almost bring you to tears. His name is Jake Shimabukuro. I thought it was just amazing to listen to that and then I found the video on YouTube. Such an unlikely instrument but in his hands it is just incredible.

I am finding it interesting that instrumentals carry such emotion. I did a little more digging and found a discussion on the topic and it led me to this video.

I used to play video games. Seems like a thousand years ago since I did but I never found one like this. Journey is the name of the game this comes from and I found the experience of listening to it to be calming. I know from experience that music can unlock things in our heads I have been journaling for a while and many times I use Baroque style music to listen to.

Here is a sample of something that might help you concentrate on a task you can’t seem to make any progress on.

Turn off your email. (yes, it’s possible). It will take some practice and some time but give it a try I think you’re going to like it. Even if it’s just for a few minutes. It’s addictive once you start so be careful.
