Luxury Foreclosures – Do you want to see a list?
I am working on a new project and thought I would share it with you. We have a new tool to do searches with and I can set up a complete list of foreclosures in the luxury market. $350,000 to $1,000,000 seems like a good start and I have done a search for Gwinnett, Barrow, Forsyth, Jackson and Hall. It produced 57 homes that show as foreclosed in that area.
If you want the list please email me with your name and email address and I’ll send it to you. I’ll also add you to the auto update feature that will email you as soon as a new listing that fits that criteria shows up. If you are looking at this market that is the fastest way to know about new listings.
