Thanks for calling me back…
I hear this all the time. “Thanks for calling me back” or “I can’t believe you answered your phone” or “I’ve called fifteen agents and you’re the first one to pick up”.
It seems to be something in my industry right now but I guess there are lots of agents out there that don’t answer their phone or won’t call you back. That just seems odd to me. What the heck are they doing that they don’t answer their phone?
I spend money to make my phone ring so you better believe I’ll answer it or if I just can’t get to it you better know I’ll call you back before the end of my day and that can sometimes be pretty late. I won’t call back after 9pm but I might text you back even after that.
I’m here to help and I will answer my phone if I can. I’m not sure what all those other agents are doing but I’m trying to run a business here 🙂
