A place to call home – a little more
Last post was about the item of value that helped us understand why we pick the home we did and how it affects resale values. This is a follow up item that talks about ‘walkability’. How close are the shops and eateries? Is it easy to get to entertainment? It is one of the primary attractions for Suwanee Town Center and some of the areas around historic Buford and Lawrenceville.
If you work from home and can walk to most of the places you want to go maybe you get rid of a car or use a bike to get around. It’s not for everyone but you just might enjoy it.
