Going where only a few have gone before??
Ok, I have to admit this just makes me grin.
I remember watching Apollo 11 launch, fly to and land on the moon. I was a kid then but it still brings back strong memories and I think this does the same sort of stoking the fire of adventure. We need a goal. We need to let private industry start to pick up the pieces of the things the government is spending way to much on and do it better, cheaper, faster and safer. It might even make money. It would certainly employ some people and that is a good idea in any economy.
Check out the video and see if you can remember any of the heavy lift capability of the Saturn V rocket. It just makes me grin.
