The national inventory of homes has fallen to a four month supply, making it a sellers’ market in many areas of the United States. Locally we have less than a 2 month supply. As a result of this low supply, homes are on the market for fewer days and bidding wars have broken out among buyers. If you’ve been thinking of putting your home on the market, now may be a good time.
