Dave Ramsey on the current market!!
This is awesome!! He talked about how 50% of ALL foreclosures are in 35 counties NATIONALLY!! Affordability Index is the lowest it’s been in 30 years and inventory is shrinking. If you are waiting to buy a house it may not be too late yet but if you wait much longer you are going to miss the bottom of the market. You have to remember that in real estate it is not about “Timing the market” but rather it is “Time in the Market”. Get in now and you are going to win.
