Don’t quit if it’s your passion
If you have found something in life you are passionate about, don’t let others tell you “you can’t”.
For me it was to change careers and to work by referral in my new one. I was told repeatedly that I would fail if I didn’t make cold calls. Calls I didn’t want to make to people that didn’t want to be called. I knew in my gut I could.
I didn’t know how yet but I knew it was possible.
I have something to tell you. I am successful and I am able to do business this way. I’ve done it for over 10 years. Anyone can that wants to badly enough. It’s messy. You have to care about people and that gets messy but I can’t think of anything better to care about.
Motivation doesn’t last. It’s like bathing. You have to do it often for it to be effective. Today’s ‘bath’ shows you can prove them wrong.
What is your passion? Dream? Big Why? Go get it. Don’t let ‘them’ tell you it’s not possible. It may not be possible for them but who says it’s not possible for you? You are the only one who can say that.
Chase your dream.
