Gwinnett Co Property Tax – you can file online
A little follow up to last weeks post about filing for a re-assessment. Check out this website for a place to do it online for Gwinnett Co.
Don’t forget you only have until 1 April to file or you will be stuck with your 2010 assessment for all of 2011.

Keep in mind that this is about taxes only. It does not affect what you might sell your house for. That would be determined by the market and the appraiser’s opinion of what your property is worth.
