Our Town – a referral directory
I have talked about this before but I want to remind you all of the resource we have for you. I work with lots of great people and my goal is to help where ever I can. My referral directory helps in two ways.
First, if you need someone to do a job for you please check out the people in the directory. You can find them at www.OurTown.RealtyCaffeine.com. There is one way to get into the directory. You have to do a great job and you have to be referred in. I know these people personally or they have been referred in by someone I trust. I get testamonials frequently telling me that someone did a great job for them. One example is what I just got about Tony Gable at Ace Exterminating.

I wanted to say “thank you” for your referral list on Realty Caffiene. It is my “first look” place when I need Business services.
We were having trouble with our existing pest control company coming out in a timely manner for problems with ants. I knew it was time for a change and called Ace Exterminating this morning and they were at my home at 1pm for our 1st service. Now that is quick! Tony Gable personally came out to the house and I got to know him well – he certainly praised you for the recent home sale you worked for him. Tony and his technician way exceeded my expectations with their work today.
