The Real Estate Market Has Turned The Corner
I get asked all the time ‘how’s the market?’ and the answer depends on the person asking the question. I will say that sales are up, prices are up and overall it’s a great time to look at real estate. Interest rates are still low so buyers can usually afford more house right now than if the interest rates were back up to our average of 7% or so.
You did know the AVERAGE interest rates hover around 7%, right? We forget sometimes how good it is right now.
