Tuesday Night Tunes – Trombone Shorty

This is gonna be a short and sweet post. I am currently sitting in a cool hotel in Richmond, VA. It is called the Linden Row and sits just a couple of blocks from downtown. Built in the 1840 time range it is old but updated to a really comfortable room. Not too expensive and I would recommend it to you if  you’re coming up here. I’ll stay again.

I am here for some training to be better at working by referral and to make sure I am doing all I can for my clients and their friends and family. I love the work I get to do and want to do the best I can. I am investing 3 days and some money to get focused and on track for the new market we are seeing. Lots of buyers, low inventory and big competition for the houses that are out there.

Here is a slide showing some cool numbers. Click on it to see the numbers but know it’s showing some great increase home prices. If you were under water before you might not be any more. Call me and we’ll check and see.

My son Mike gave me this link. Great brass and sounds. Love the scene. These guys are in a very small room but the sound is awesome. I think that is the point. Check it out.
