I have something that might help. If you want a really useful mobile website to see listings near you or just to check out to see if that house is still on the market you can text JAVA to (678) 835-9331. You will get a link to my newest tool that is connected directly to the MLS locally.

Our market is very different these days. Multiple offers, over bids and listings that last just a few days. We still have our work cut out for us once it goes under contract but getting to that point can be a real problem.

If you have been using zillow or Realtor.com then please check this new one out. It has map features, favorites and uses the gps in your phone to figure out where you are and show you the listings that are active around you. The data is as current as it gets too.

Really cool in this market if you’re thinking of moving or just looking to see whats out there.
