No one knows the future for certain but we can see patterns and make some reasonable assumptions. Prices have gone up a lot in the last 18 months and sales are increasing. Most folks are above water now and if you are thinking about selling it might be a good time to do it.

Inventory is low, prices are increasing modestly and interest rates will not stay low forever.
