My coach sent this to me and I thought it was worth passing along. We all need to be better listeners. Better conversationalists.
I don’t think we need any lessons on how to talk in a conversation. Maybe a few tips about what not to say but by far the hard part is listening. Love what Celeste had to say and I would suggest listening to it again. And again.
