Hidden Hazards on Foreclosures
I get requests all the time for foreclosure properties. They can be good deals but the banks are wising up and doing repairs to compete with the resales that exist in this limited inventory market.
That said, you need to be careful about buying a foreclosure and I can help.
I found a couple of articles that I thought might be helpful to get you started. Check out this one from Investopedia and this one from Zillow. It might be that they create more questions so feel free to give me a call and I’ll help clarify.
