What bugs you?
Bugs bug me. That’s why I have someone who kills bugs, termites and all sorts of spiders. I hate spiders. They give me the heebie jeebies and for some reason, Susan thinks it’s my job to kill them. I will say I have a bug zapper that looks a bit like a tennis racquet and it makes this satisfying sound when I kill a spider.
OK, maybe that’s a little too transparent. Let’s move on.
I believe prevention is the best path so I want to introduce you to Sammy Baker and Contractor’s Best Pest Solution. I met Sammy through my office and then at 12Stone Church where he serves as an usher. Sammy comes to our team meetings, answers questions, helps with termite letters and in general makes sure we are taken care of.
I started working with Sammy almost 3 years ago and began to refer him to my clients about 6 months later. It takes a while to build trust and to be able to count on the folks I give referrals to. Being trustworthy is simple but it’s not easy. Sammy has earned my trust many times by caring for my folks and making sure I get answers to my questions. I asked Sammy what makes his company different and he said we don’t try to put everyone in the same box. The big companies are focused on recurring income but for Sammy, his focus on the customer. If you need something special then they try to make that happen. I personally have Sammy treat my own home and take care of those awful spiders.
His guys that work for him are taught to ‘think like a bug’ when it comes to figuring out how to eliminate them from your home and business. They figure out food sources, conditions they like and how best to keep them away. Nothing is perfect and you have to balance the environment with the treatments and Sammy does that.
