Write it down
Do you journal? I started writing down things years ago. I have old journals from work dating back 20 years or more. It has grown from data and details to things I did, things I thought and things I felt. It’s meaningful to me.
I can truly say it changed my life when I went back and read about where I was stuck. Seeing a pattern I was able to create a new reality to change my direction.
Here’s a bit encouragement from the great Jim Rohn.
I would encourage you to start this habit or if you need to restart, do it.
